Renolux Jet² – booster cushion with Softness® technology

Renolux Jet² is a lightweight booster cushion (backless booster) with R129 approval, for children up to 150 cm (approx. 12 years). It raises your child so that the lap belt runs low across the thighs rather than the tummy. It weighs under 2 kg, so it is easy to move to another car – ideal as a second booster at the grandparents’, in the nanny’s car or for short trips.

Who is it for?

Backless boosters approved to R129 are intended for older children – the height range is shown on the approval label. A booster cushion has no headrest or side protection, so for everyday use, and especially for younger children, a high-back booster such as the Renolux Renofix² or Renolux Eliseo (100–150 cm) is safer. The manufacturer recommends Jet² particularly for short trips.

How to buckle up correctly

Route both parts of the belt under the armrests and make sure the belt is not twisted. The lap belt should lie low across the thighs, not on the tummy, and the shoulder belt across the middle of the shoulder, away from the neck.
