Cybex Sirona Gi i-Size – a rotating car seat with the base included

The Cybex Sirona Gi i-Size is a 360° rotating car seat with an integrated ISOFIX base – seat and base are one unit, so you do not need to buy a separate base. It lets you keep your child rear-facing up to approx. 4 years of age. In the ADAC / Stiftung Warentest (05.2024) test it was the best car seat in its class (category 1 to approx. 4 years).

Comfort or Plus?

Both versions share the same construction and safety. The Plus cover additionally has a mesh fabric that, according to the manufacturer, improves breathability up to six times compared to regular fabric.

Sirona Gi or Sirona G3?

The Sirona Gi has a permanently built-in base – the simplest choice if you are buying one seat for years. The Sirona G3 clicks into a separate Base G3, which is also used by the Cloud G3 infant seat – choose it if you want one base from birth or want to move the seat between cars with bases.

Cybex sells the newborn insert (from 40 cm) as a separate accessory – it is not part of the standard set. Ask us if you want to use the seat from birth.

FAQ

Do I need to buy a base?
No – the ISOFIX base is built into the seat.

Will the seat fit my car?
If the vehicle seat has the i-Size logo, it definitely fits. Otherwise the car needs ISOFIX – check the Cybex vehicle compatibility list or ask us.

Can I install it with the seat belt?
No – the Sirona Gi i-Size is installed with ISOFIX and support leg only.
